MANAGEMENT

We take responsibility for the FF&E rollout as a single, coordinated program. This includes planning, sequencing, and oversight from the point goods arrive onshore through to final placement and sign-off.

INSTALLATION

We manage staged delivery and on-site installation to suit access, program, and site conditions. Furniture, fittings, and equipment are delivered in the correct order, installed with care, and placed accurately to drawings and schedules.

QUALITY ASSURANCE +
SIGN-OFF

We oversee checks, defects identification, and rectification to ensure FF&E is completed properly. The rollout is closed with documented sign-off, so projects move from install to handover without loose ends.
